2018 St Laurent, "Ricci Vineyard"

  • The St. Laurent was picked on September 14th, and fermented in 3 different styles, playing with different percentages of stem inclusion and whole cluster.  They were pressed off at dryness, native malolactic fermentation in barrel, and aged for 6 months in neutral barrels. This fruity wine is meant to be enjoyed early, pairs great with savory and spicy dishes, and can even be served with a slight chill.
